Sweeten up your day with this colorful and nutritious African Fruit Bowl that can be made with a wide variety of locally grown fruits

- 1 large Pineapple
- 1 medium Coconut
- 2 small Mangoes
- 2 small Oranges
- 1 large Papaya (know as Paw Paw in Africa)
- Grapes
- Whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
Wash all fruits thoroughly.
Peel and slice mangoes, papaya and oranges. Crack open coconut using a hammer, drain the water and chop it into dice.
Cut pineapple in half and scoop out the flesh and chop it into dice. The two halves of the pineapple, scooped out, provide the "bowls" for this dish.
Combine all fruits and pile them back into the pineapple shells, pouring the fruit juices over.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream and enjoy!
