Spicy Baked Tilapia with Sweet Potatoes Fries

Today’s menu is an easy and quick dish of Spicy Baked Tilapia with Sweet Potatoes Fries. Whenever I am having a very fun and relaxing day, I enjoy cooking some yummy seafood with my spices.

- 2 Fresh Tilapia Fish
- 1 cup Olive oil
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Cilantro Leaves
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 small Maggi Cube
- ½ tsp Salt
- 3 large Red sweet potatoes
- Frying oil
Clean fish and set aside
In a bowl add all spices, seasonings and olive oil. Whisk all ingredients to form a paste
Add fish to seasoning paste and marinade evenly
Add cooking spray on baking sheet and add marinade tilapia
Preheat oven/Nuwave to 400°, add tilapia to oven and bake for 35-40 mins
While the Tilapia is baking, peel and wash sweet potatoes
Slice potatoes in desired shapes and mix with remaining seasoning paste, with a dash of flour
On medium stovetop heat, fry potatoes until golden brown on both sides
Remove Tilapia from oven and serve with sweet potatoes fries, pepper sauce and ketchup
